Due to which rain was also traced in Ludhiana, Patiala and Bathinda on Friday.
Rain forecast in 13 districts
The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert in 13 districts of Punjab today. These include Pathankot, Gurdaspur, Amritsar, Kapurthala, Jalandhar, Hoshiarpur, Nawanshahr, Rupnagar, SAS Nagar, Fatehgarh Sahib, Fazilka, Muktsar and Mansa. It is estimated that apart from rain, winds can also blow at a speed of 30 to 40 km in these places today.
According to the Meteorological Department, the average maximum temperature has dropped by 2.1 ° C last Friday. Many districts of Punjab remained cloudy on Friday. Due to which this change in the weather was seen. However, it has been 2°C more than normal in the state. The highest maximum temperature in the state was recorded at 31.8°C, which was in Ludhiana.
According to the information shared by the Meteorological Department, the temperature may drop by 2 degrees in two days. But after March 16, the temperature will rise once again. After which the heat will increase.
