Prime Minister Narendra Modi will flag off India's first Vande Metro today. He will also inaugurate several other development projects in Ahmedabad. PM Modi will give a gift of 8000 crores to Gujarat today and will also flag off six Vande Bharat trains in Ahmedabad. Apart from this, PM Modi will inaugurate a 30 MW solar system in Ahmedabad.

Passengers will travel from this day
According to the information, Vande Bharat Metro service for passengers will start from Tuesday 17 September. The total fare will be Rs 455. According to the Railway Ministry, 12 coaches have been installed in the Vande Metro train, which will have seating facility for about 1150 passengers.
Know what will be the route of the train
The metro train will complete the journey by stopping for an average of 2 minutes at 9 stations on the way. Along with this, this train will run 6 days a week. Its service will not be available from Bhuj every Sunday, while its service will not be available from Ahmedabad on Saturday. On the way, this train will stop at Anjar, Gandhi Dham, Bhachau, Samakhiali, Halvad, Dhrangadhra, Viramgam, Chandlodia and Sabarmati stations.
Speed of Vande Bharat Metro
Vande Metro is a semi-high speed train. Indian Railways claims that the new Vande Bharat Metro train will complete the 360 km journey in just 5 hours 45 minutes. The top speed of the train will be 110 kmph
