NEET topper of 2017, Dr. Navdeep Singh (25) committed suicide in Delhi on Sunday. Navdeep's body was found hanging in a room of Parsi Anjuman Dharamshala. Navdeep's entire family reached Delhi as soon as the incident came to light. However, the police have not found any suicide note from the room. The police have started investigating the case of Navdeep committing suicide.
The guard got suspicious when he did not open the door
On Sunday morning, when Navdeep did not open the door for a long time, the guard himself came to wake him up. The guard knocked on the door two-three times but did not get any response. After this, the guard broke the door with the help of other people. When the door was broken, everyone was shocked. Navdeep's body was hanging in the room.
Police is busy finding out the reason for suicide
The police has started questioning Navdeep's colleagues and senior doctors regarding his suicide. The police has sent his mobile to the forensic lab for investigation. Whereas his senior doctors say that Navdeep was studying MD from Maulana Azad College. He was very good at studies.
The family is not able to believe it
When the family came to know about Navdeep's suicide, they did not believe it at first. Because Navdeep always laughed and played with his friends and family. He had no problems. His father Gopal Singh says that he was fond of cricket. His dream was to study from a big college in Delhi and become a doctor. He had scored 697 marks in the NEET exam given in the year 2017.
