QR code will be installed on the new PAN card
The new PAN card will have a QR code, in which the entire data will be safe. People will not need to spend separately for PAN with QR code. The new PAN card will be much more advanced than the earlier PAN card and it will also be made very secure. This is being done so that digital security can be strengthened.
This is the reason why a new PAN card is being introduced
The aim of this project is to make the PAN card more secure and make the Permanent Account Number (PAN) of taxpayers a 'common business identifier' for all government agencies. Along with this, the quality of the PAN card is to be improved as well as its service is to be made easier and faster.
