The BJP government in Delhi is going to launch the Mahila Samridhi Yojana on Women's Day on March 8. Under this scheme, women of the state will get Rs 2500 every month from the Delhi government. So that they can be helped financially. However, this help will be given to only those women whose income is less than 3 lakhs and who are unable to pay tax.
Women of this category will get the benefit
Women from 18 to 60 years of age will get the benefit of the government's Mahila Samridhi Scheme. These women will be given Rs 2500 by the government in their bank account every month. However, women doing government jobs will not be able to take advantage of this scheme.
Special portal will be launched for registration
To take advantage of the Mahila Samridhi Yojana, it is necessary for women to do e-registration. For this, the government will launch a special portal and mobile app on March 8 where women will be able to apply by submitting their necessary documents, such as voter card, BPL card, Aadhaar card and income certificate.
20 lakh women will benefit
20 lakh women will benefit from this government scheme in Delhi. Out of these, only 50 percent women vote in Delhi. Officials said that the government is collecting data from different departments to identify women beneficiaries.
