Bangalore's Taj West End Hotel received a bomb threat via email on Saturday. According to the police, the email said that bombs have been planted in the hotel and they will explode soon. After which there was a stir in the hotel administration.
Team engaged in investigation
The bomb disposal squad has reached the spot to conduct a thorough investigation. After which the team of bomb disposal, fire brigade reached the spot to conduct a search operation in the entire premises. Also, the help of dog squad was taken. However, nothing has been found in the investigation so far. The security of the hotel has been further increased. Earlier, Delhi's schools, shopping malls and Gurugram's malls also received bomb threats. For some time now, emails full of bomb threats are being received against big institutions.

On 12 February 2024, a school in Delhi's Pushp Vihar was threatened Amity School located in had received a bomb threat. After the information, the school was evacuated. On February 2, 2024, DPS RK Puram received a threatening mail. In which it was written that the school would be blown up with a bomb. On this, DCP Rohit Meena had said that nothing was found in the investigation.
