After earning Rs 6 crore 70 lakh on the first day and Rs 9 crore 65 lakh on the second day, the film collected Rs 10 crore 50 lakh on the third day on Sunday. With this, this film has become the 7th highest grossing film of Shahid's career in the first weekend.Shahid Kapoor's film 'Padmavat' has the highest collection in the first weekend. The Hindi occupancy of this film was 24.65% on Sunday. Earlier on Saturday, the Hindi occupancy of the film was 22.16%. It had collected 20 crores worldwide in two days. Apart from Shahid and Kriti, actors like Dharmendra, Dimple Kapadia and Rakesh Bedi are also seen in the film 'Teri Baton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya'.
'Lal Salaam'
Rajinikanth starrer 'Lal Salaam', released in South, could not reach double digits on the first weekend. After earning Rs 3 crore 55 lakh on the opening day and Rs 3 crore 25 lakh on the second day, the film was able to earn only Rs 3 crore on the third day. Its total collection has become Rs 9 crore 79 lakh. This film has been directed by Rajinikanth's daughter Aishwarya. He has returned to direction after 9 years.
'Eagle' earned Rs 15.90 crore in first weekend
Whereas Ravi Teja starrer 'Eagle' has left 'Lal Salaam' behind in terms of box office collection. The film has done a business of around Rs 16 crore in three days.
