Some mischievous elements pelted stones at Sutlej Express train number 14630 running from Hanuman Garh near Ludhiana section. During this, about 2 to 3 passengers sitting in the train were pelted with stones. But a 4 year old boy was badly injured in this attack. After which there was a commotion in the train coach.

Prince's mother Savita said that he had boarded the Satluj Express from Ganganagar at around 1 pm for Ludhiana. But as soon as he reached near Baddowal in Ludhiana, stones started pelting at his coach. One of the stones hit the head of his son Prince. Two other passengers sitting with me were also hit by stones. The Prince became drenched in blood due to being hit by a stone.After which the child traveled about 13 kilometers in a blood soaked condition. People stopped the train by pulling its chain.
Doctors referred the child to Chandigarh PGI
After which the doctors of Ludhiana Railway gave him first aid. But no GRP or RPF employee came in the train to inquire about the condition of the child. Prince's maternal uncle said that his nephew Prince's head was broken. Doctors of Civil Hospital have referred Chandigarh PGI.
Prince's maternal uncle said that senior officials should take action against the officials of Railway Protection Force of Ludhiana. The family has also demanded an investigation. In the coming times, people's children will be able to travel safely in trains.
Stone pelting on Vande Bharat train also
Let us tell you that a day before this, stones were pelted on the Lucknow-Patna Vande Bharat train in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. Due to which there was a stampede among the passengers. The glass panes of C-5 coach were broken due to stone pelting. The train was stopped on the alert of the coach attendant and the loco pilot informed the control room about the incident. GRP and RPF teams reached the spot and investigated the incident.Stone pelting has been done by mischievous elements. The incident took place near Chowkaghat Dhelwaria in Varanasi. August 27 - Some people pelted stones at Vande Bharat train at Chava railway station in Khanna in Ludhiana. Vande Bharat train was going from Amritsar to Delhi. Meanwhile, stones were thrown at the train at Chava station in Ludhiana around 7 pm. After which the train driver informed the station master about the incident.
June 12 - Stone pelting took place in the morning on 22488 Vande Bharat Express train running from Amritsar to Delhi near Phagwara. Stones were pelted on the C-3 coach of the train in which two window panes were badly damaged. Panic arose among the passengers after stone pelting. Poonam Kalra and Dali Thukral, residents of Gurugram, traveling in C3 coach of the train, said that as soon as they boarded the Vande Bharat Train Express from Phagwara to Delhi, they heard a loud noise near the seat next to them.
