Meanwhile, in view of the scorching heat and increasing outbreak of heat wave in Odisha, the government has made a big change in the school timings. Now all the government and private schools in the state will operate in the morning shift from April 2.
Morning classes will start from April 2
Disaster Management Minister Suresh Pujari said on Wednesday that the current school examinations will end on March 27 and after this, morning classes will start in schools from April 2. Along with this, the timing of Anganwadi centers for small children has also been changed from 7 am to 9 am.
