Due to this, private buses will not be allowed to enter the bus stand. Although the department is trying to postpone the strike by talking to the employees, but the union is adamant on its demands.
Demonstration will be held outside the residence of the Chief Minister

The government did not give 600 crores
The head of PRTC said that at present they have 1100 buses and PUNBUS has about 600 buses. The Punjab government and senior officials are in collusion with private transport companies. Due to this, the number of buses in the government fleet is also continuously decreasing. Tourist buses are allowed to carry passengers from one place to another only from their offices as per the permit but on the orders of the officers, tourist buses are picking up passengers from outside every bus stand. He also said that at present the Punjab government has not been able to pay even Rs 600 crore for free bus service to women due to which they are not getting their salary on time.
