Robbery incidents are increasing in Punjab. The latest case has come to light from Amritsar. Where last night some youths tried to snatch a pistol from a policeman posted at Verka police station. According to the information, the policeman was returning home from his duty. During this time, 5 unknown youths attacked him and tried to stop him and snatch the pistol. After which PCR rescued the policeman and caught one accused.

Giving information in this regard, the victim police officer Boota Singh said that when he was returning home from duty, five youths riding three motorcycles tried to stop him. During this, when the attackers were trying to snatch the pistol, three cartridges also fell on the spot and he suffered serious injuries on his hands. Due to which he has been admitted to Guru Nanak Dev Hospital in Amritsar.
Police engaged in investigation
At the same time, the police officers who reached the spot in this case said that this incident happened last night. Some attackers have tried to attack police officer Boota Singh. At present, the police is investigating the entire matter and will take action after the investigation. Soon those five attackers will be arrested. After the incident, the mother of one of the accused also reached the hospital and said that it was not my son's fault.
