Along with this, the High Court said in its order that these orders will be applicable to children above the age of 4 years sitting behind a two-wheeler. This order will be applicable to all types of bikes, irrespective of their category. If a Sikh person wears a turban while driving or sitting on a bike, then this order will not be applicable to him.
