Domestic gas cylinder has become costlier by Rs 50. Petroleum Minister Hardeep Singh Puri gave this information today on 7 April. Let us tell you that the new prices will come into effect from tonight. Puri said that the increase in LPG prices will be applicable for both Ujjwala Yojana and general consumers.
Hike of Rs 50
The price of LPG cylinder will increase by Rs 50. Currently, a gas cylinder is available in Delhi for Rs 803. After the price hike, the price will be Rs 853. Earlier, on Women's Day, 8 March 2024, the government had cut the price of cylinder by Rs 100. Then the cylinder in Delhi was Rs 903.
