Jalandhar ED has arrested the founder of ViewNow Marketing Services Limited of Delhi. The accused person has been arrested after a search from Delhi. Not cooperating fully in the investigation cost Nasir heavily
ED shared the information and said that this search was done under the provisions of PMLA 2002 in connection with the money laundering investigation against ViewNow Marketing Services Limited and related entities and individuals. After which, when full cooperation was not received in the investigation, ED Jalandhar arrested Nasir and also seized a large amount of records from him. On this basis, further investigation is going on in the case. Inquiry will be done on the basis of other associates and records in the case.

ED investigation revealed that ViewNow Marketing Services Limited along with other companies has duped various investors. They were promised higher returns under the guise of selling cloud particles and leasing those particles back.
While they did not have any infrastructure for this. ED Jalandhar was investigating this matter for a long time and has also seized assets worth more than Rs 180 crore in the case so far.
ED searches in dozens of cities
Jalandhar ED team of Punjab had searched more than 2 dozen places including Punjab, Haryana and Mumbai. This action was taken on ViewNow Marketing Services, Big Boy Toys and other companies. Investigation revealed that ViewNow and its associated companies invested in luxury vehicles and properties by routing large amounts of funds through shell companies. Earlier also on November 26, 2024, searches were conducted at the premises of these companies under PMLA, 2002.
