A person from Jalandhar in Italy died under suspicious circumstances. The deceased has been identified as Baldev Raj, resident of Akalpur village of Phillaur. Baldev died on Saturday at his home in Italy. This came to light when his friend came to meet him.

Baldev was living in Italy for the last 15 years. He was the father of 2 children. According to family members, Baldev died of heart attack. Baldev left behind his mother Gurdev Kaur, wife Manpreet Kaur, children Ekam Heer and Fateh Heer.
When the family heard about Baldev's death, everyone became very sad and started crying. The villagers are reaching Baldev's house to console the family.
