Indigo Airlines server has gone down once again. Due to which 400 passengers traveling between New Delhi-Mumbai and Turkey were stranded at Istanbul airport for 24 hours. When the passengers asked the airline about this, they said that the flight was delayed due to operational reasons.
Passengers vented their anger on social media
Passengers expressed their anger on social media. They claimed that the flight was first delayed and then it was canceled without any information. A passenger named Anushree Bhansali told that the flight was first delayed by two hours and then suddenly it was told that it has been canceled. Finally, after 12 hours, it was told that the flight time has been changed, due to which we all got stuck.
Passengers forced to shiver in the cold
At the same time, another passenger Rohan Raja said that after the flight was canceled at 6:40 am from Delhi, people are struggling with the cold. The airline did not provide them any facility even in the accommodation allegedly provided.
An atmosphere of chaos prevailed
Another passenger Parshwa Mehta said that the 8:15 am flight was first postponed to 11 pm. After that, it was again postponed to 10 am the next day. A situation of chaos prevailed when no announcement was made by IndiGo and the information was received from the crew of Turkish Airlines.
