A bus and another vehicle collided violently in Pakistan on Saturday, killing nine people. Police said the accident took place on the Indus Highway at Amberi Kalle Chowk in Karak district of northwestern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. Police and rescue officials reached the spot as soon as the incident was reported.
The injured were then rushed to the hospital. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur expressed grief over the death of nine passengers in the accident. He directed that all necessary medical facilities be provided to the passengers injured in the accident.
