Before Diwali, the Punjab government is seen in action mode regarding sweets. Regarding this, Health Minister Balbir Singh has warned all the shopkeepers of the state not to make fake sweets, if anyone is found doing so, strict action will be taken against him.
Playing with people's health will not be tolerated
Health Minister Balbir Singh said that playing with people's health will not be tolerated. Despite this, if anyone is caught making fake sweets, ghee, paneer and khoya, action will be taken against him. Keeping the festivals in mind, teams have also been deployed which are continuously checking the shops.
Give fruits instead of sweets this Diwali
The Health Minister has appealed to the people to give fruits to their friends and relatives instead of sweets on the occasion of this Diwali. If you have to give sweets, then sweets made of gram flour should be given instead of khoya and milk. If you have to give sweets made of khoya or ghee, then make them at home, so that you can avoid diseases.
