A sudden fire broke out in a denting painting shop in Amritsar's Liberty Market. After the fire, there was chaos in the entire market. After this, people immediately informed the fire brigade team about the fire. 7 fire brigade vehicles brought the fire under control in about 4 hours.
Goods worth Rs 5 to 7 lakh burnt to ashes
Giving information about the incident, the shopkeeper said that denting was the painting work and a large quantity of chemicals and cylinders were lying there. Due to the chemical catching fire, the heat spread to the entire shop. Goods worth about Rs 5 to 7 lakh were burnt to ashes in the shop.
The fire brigade officer said that there was a fire in the shop of Liberty Market. After the fire broke out, it took 3 and a half hours to extinguish it. Chemical items were lying in the shop. Due to which the fire was increasing and it was becoming difficult to extinguish it.
