An incident of molestation of a female gym manager has come to light on Chandigarh Road in Ludhiana. This molestation of the woman has been done by the floor manager of the gym itself in the rest room. The entire incident of molestation has been captured in the CCTV camera. In which the floor manager is also seen slapping the woman.
When the woman complained to the police, he threatened her
In the complaint given to the police, the woman told that she quit the job from the gym due to harassment. Even after leaving the job, he continued to harass her. When a complaint was lodged with the police, he also threatened to commit suicide if the case was not withdrawn. At present, the accused is absconding.
Slapped when she protested against the molestation
The woman told the police that from January 15, 2023 to July 11, 2024, she worked as a manager in a gym center in Ludhiana. During this time Gurjeet Singh worked there as a floor manager. He often had a bad eye. I also complained about this to the gym owner but he did not take any action. One day when I protested against the molestation, he also slapped me.
Molested in the rest room
The woman further said that on June 14, she was present in the trainer's rest room. During this time, the accused came from behind and caught me and started doing wrong things. The incident was captured in the CCTV camera installed in the gym. Its video footage has been given to the police as evidence.
Police in search of the accused
After receiving the complaint, Bhupendra Singh, in-charge of police station number 7, said that the investigation of the case is still going on. A case has been registered against the accused and raids are being conducted at various places to arrest him. The accused will be caught soon.
