The Enforcement Directorate has once again issued summons to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in the liquor scam case. Investigating agency ED has sent summons to Arvind Kejriwal for the fifth time. ED has sent this summons and called Kejriwal for questioning on February 2.
When should summons be sent to Kejriwal?
Let us tell you that the first summons was sent to Arvind Kejriwal in the liquor scam case on October 30 last year. The investigating agency had asked him to appear on November 2. Whereas the second summon was sent to Delhi CM on 18th December, he was called for questioning on 21st December. After this, ED sent the third summons to Kejriwal on 22 December and he was asked to appear before 3 January. Whereas, the fourth summons was sent to him on January 13. He was asked to appear on January 18.
During the fourth summons, Kejriwal had said that BJP wants to get him arrested, ED wants to call him for questioning and arrest him. AAP says that if ED wants to interrogate then it can write down its questions and give it to Kejriwal.
