On the last day of the municipal corporation election campaign in Ludhiana, the atmosphere between AAP workers and BJP workers heated up in ward number 75 late at night. BJP and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) workers came face to face. Late at night, Union Minister of State Ravneet Bittu reached the spot in a car with security, while on the other hand, AAP MLA Parashar Pappi also reached the spot with his colleagues. During this, while Bittu kept accusing the BJP leader of being held hostage in the hotel, AAP MLA kept accusing Bittu of standing in the car and abusing people.
AAP MLA Parashar Pappi has alleged that liquor was kept in violation of the Election Commission and was to be distributed, but when his workers came to know about it, they also immediately reached the spot and the police was called. The AAP MLA said that Bittu is doing hooliganism with the security of about 100 people. He told Bittu that he will come wherever Bittu decides the time. Police Commissioner Kuldeep Chahal reached the spot and pacified the matter.
