Chandigarh Police has solved the case of robbery of Rs 11 lakh from a cash collector at Elante Mall on March 11. Police have arrested three people including a girl in this case. The police is now interrogating everyone in this case.
The incident took place by spraying spray in the eyes
The accused had committed this incident on Monday afternoon. When the cash custody collection employee of the company was returning after collecting money from the lift of Elante Mall. Meanwhile, he threw spray in the employee's eyes. After this he fled from there with the money. At present the police have arrested all the accused.
Identification of the arrested accused
Police have also recovered Rs 5 lakh 33 thousand 200, Aadhaar card and two passport size photographs from the accused. The arrested accused have been identified as Jasleen Alva, Rahul (24), resident of Kajheri and Rupinder Singh (33), resident of Phase-3B-1 Mohali.
The accused girl used to work in the mall
It is being told that the accused girl earlier used to work in the mall. Among the accused, Rahul works as a private driver while Rupinder Singh is a contractor in transport. The police have presented all the accused in the court, after which the court has sent all three to judicial custody.
