Effective April 1, the new H-1B application visa fee, which is from I-129, has increased from $460 to $780. H-1B registration will increase from $10 to $215 from next year. According to a federal notification issued on Wednesday, the fee for L-1 visa has been increased from $460 to $1,385 and the fee for EB-5 visa, popularly known as investor visa, has increased from $3,675 to $11,160.
This program was started by the US government in 1990. But this investment should be through authorized agencies of the US government.
