Mumbai Police on Saturday arrested Ganesh Ramesh (19) from Telangana, the accused who threatened businessman Mukesh Ambani. Police have said that the accused has been sent to police custody till November 8. Last week, Ambani received 5 threatening emails, demanding money from him and also threatening to kill him.

The police officer said that Mukesh Ambani received a total of 5 emails in which he was asked for Rs 400 crore and threatened to kill him. But before this one accused has been arrested.

Mukesh Ambani has received death threats even today. The accused had again demanded a ransom of Rs 400 crore in the email. Police said that the accused had also warned of dire consequences if the threatening emails sent between October 31 and November 1 were ignored.
