Fire has broken out once again in the Prayagraj Maha Kumbh Mela. Due to the fire, many pandals have been burnt in Sector-18 on Shankaracharya Marg and fire brigade vehicles have reached the spot and are trying to extinguish it. The crowd is being removed from the spot. Barricading is being done all around.
After the incident, many senior officials have reached the spot and are investigating the reasons. The reason for the fire has not been ascertained yet. But efforts are on to extinguish the fire.
Fire had also broken out on January 19
Fire had broken out in Maha Kumbh on January 19 as well. This fire broke out near Shastri Bridge at around 4:30 pm. More than 200 cottages were burnt to ashes due to the fire. This fire broke out due to gas leakage from the cylinder.
There was a stampede on Maun Amavasya
Let us tell you that there was a stampede in Maha Kumbh on Maun Amavasya. In which more than 30 people died. While more than 60 people were injured. At the same time, the UP government had announced a compensation of Rs 25 lakh each for the families of the deceased.
The Maha Kumbh Mela will continue till February 26
