Singapore has become the world's most powerful passport, which allows visa-free entry to 193 countries. Singapore has achieved this position by leaving behind Japan and South Korea. While Afghanistan's passport is considered the weakest and is at the last position in the list. Only 25 countries give visa-free entry to Afghanistan.
India at number 80 in the list
On the other hand, if we talk about the Indian passport, then India has come at number 80. People of India can get visa-free entry in only 58 countries. While our neighboring country Pakistan is at number 96 in this list.
Japan and South Korea at number two
The passport of Japan and South Korea is at number two in this list. People here can enter 190 countries without visa. At number three is a group of seven countries which include Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy and Spain. The passports of these countries allow visa-free entry in 189 countries. America is ranked 9th.
Afghanistan's passport is the weakest
Afghanistan's passport is considered the weakest which can get visa free entry in only 25 countries. After this are the passports of Syria and Iraq which can get visa free entry in 27 and 30 countries respectively.
Ranking is done on this basis
This report has been released under the Henley & Partners Passport Index. In which the ranking of 199 passports of the world has been kept on the basis of the number of countries where they can get visa free entry. This data has been taken from the International Air Transport Association (IATA).
