Today is the 29th day of Prayagraj Mahakumbh. So far more than 43.57 crore devotees have taken bath. Once again the crowd of devotees is increasing. But still people are coming to participate in the Mahakumbh fair. There is a jam of more than 300 kilometers from Katni to Prayagraj in Madhya Pradesh. Due to which it has become the longest traffic jam in India. Also, the mobile network has collapsed in the fair area.

The police and administration are stopping the devotees and explaining that the way to Prayagraj has been blocked due to heavy jam. People are being requested to postpone the journey or come later.
How much time is it taking
The time to go from Delhi to Prayagraj is 12 hours but due to crowd and jam, it is now taking 30 hours.
Whereas the normal time to go from Satna (MP) to Prayagraj was 5 hours, but now it is taking 15 hours.
It used to take 5 hours from Kanpur to Prayagraj, now it is taking 12 hours
The normal time to go from Patna to Prayagraj was 8 hours, now it has become 17 hours.
Prayag Sangam station closed till 14 February
Emergency crowd management plan was implemented to manage the crowd at Prayagraj Junction. Due to which now Senior Divisional Commercial Manager of Northern Railway Lucknow Kuldeep Tiwari said that Prayagraj Sangam station will remain closed till 14 February.
Due to heavy crowd on Sunday also, the police had already stopped hundreds of vehicles in different areas of Madhya Pradesh, so that more crowd does not reach the fair. But by Monday the situation worsened further. The entire route has been closed, due to which it has become the biggest traffic jam in India.
There was a stampede on Maun Amavasya
Let us tell you that there was a stampede in Maha Kumbh on Maun Amavasya. In which more than 30 people died. While more than 60 people were injured. At the same time, the UP government had announced a compensation of Rs 25 lakh each for the families of the deceased.
The Maha Kumbh Mela will run till February 26
