Top 30 Riders Pan-India to Get Gold, Silver Coins' campaign to celebrate Diwali in a special way, in which the top 30 Zypp pilots will get gold and silver coins based on their performance. This campaign will run till November 20, 2024.
At the same time, Zip Electric's oldest 5 delivery partners will also get ESOPs worth Rs 15 lakh, which will prove to be helpful in improving their financial security. The company is bringing a special opportunity for its current and former pilots to earn double on Diwali day i.e. 31 October.
Gig Workers will benefit
This campaign of Zip Electric is an initiative to give rewards in view of the festivals, in which the income of gig workers will be increased while celebrating Diwali and they will get long-term benefits. This will be an honor for their hard work and their contributions to the company. The main attraction of this campaign is Zip Electric's commitment to honor the longest working Zip pilots. The company is offering Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOPs) of Rs 15 lakh for five dedicated pilots.
