Mumbai Police has arrested the person who demanded a ransom of Rs 5 crore from Salman Khan. The accused has been identified as Sheikh Hussain Sheikh Mausin. Police has arrested the accused from Jamshedpur, Jharkhand and he is being brought to Mumbai on remand today.
Ransom was demanded on 18 October
Sheikh Mausin, who sells vegetables in Jamshedpur, had last week called Mumbai Traffic Police on WhatsApp on 18 October and demanded a ransom of Rs 5 crore. He had described himself as a member of Lawrence gang. After this, Mumbai Traffic Police also received an apology message from the same mobile number. Police traced that number of Jharkhand and sent a team to catch the accused.
Salman will also have a bad time with Baba Siddiqui
According to Mumbai Police, the accused had written in the threatening message that do not take it lightly. If Salman Khan wants to stay alive and he has to end his enmity with Lawrence, then he will have to pay Rs 5 crore. If the money is not given, Salman's condition will be worse than Baba Siddiqui.
