After a wait of six years, global humanitarian and spiritual guru Gurudev Sri Sri Ravishankar is on a visit to Punjab from February 19 to 21. Millions of people across the state are excited about Gurudev's visit. On February 19, Gurudev will attend the 'Pearls of Wisdom' program at Harshila Resort in Ludhiana. This will be a special evening where Gurudev will lecture on profound knowledge and conduct guided meditations.
Thousands of people are arriving to attend the event on this occasion. The program will start at 5:30 pm. Rajan Mittal, Industrialist and Apex Body Member, Art of Living, Ludhiana said, “Ludhiana is eagerly waiting for this evening of wisdom and deep inner peace with Gurudev. His presence is always a source of immense inspiration and joy.
On the morning of 20th February, Gurudev will inaugurate the ‘Temple of Knowledge (TOK)’ in Bathinda which will be an important place of spiritual and holistic healing for seekers from across the country. A grand Satsang is being organized at the Sports Stadium, Bathinda from 5 PM to 8 PM which is expected to be attended by more than 20 thousand people.
Dr. Amit Taneja, Apex Body Member, Art of Living, Punjab said, “This Temple of Knowledge in Bathinda will be one of the largest spiritual centers in the region, which will provide mental peace, physical health and spiritual upliftment to the people. This center will bring a new light for all, irrespective of caste, creed and culture.
On the same day in the evening, Gurudev will inaugurate the ‘Temple of Knowledge (TOK)’ in Bathinda. A grand Satsang will be organized in the presence of over 20,000 people, which is expected to be attended by the attendees. The attendees will experience a positive and energetic atmosphere through chanting, meditation and devotional music, and will also benefit from Gurudev’s simple and life-changing words of wisdom.
Gurudev’s visit will further strengthen Art of Living’s commitment to service and social welfare in Punjab. Art of Living’s de-addiction program, which includes Sudarshan Kriya, yoga, meditation and community support, has so far helped over 35,000 people in 80 villages to recover from addiction.
The Drug-Free India campaign started under Gurudev’s guidance has inspired thousands of youth across the country, making them take a pledge to live a drug-free life. Gurudev Sri Sri Ravishankar’s visit will bring hope, positive change and inspiration to Punjab, giving a direction to the society to become stress-free, healthy and more harmonious.
