Balkaur admitted to using IVF technique
Sidhu Moosewala's father Balkaur Singh said that IVF treatment was used abroad. The child was born only in Punjab. After becoming pregnant through IVF, necessary treatments were also taken from the government hospital. Moosewala's mother gave birth to the child in Bathinda on March 17 through IVF technique.

Actually, Sidhu Moosewala's mother Charan Kaur gave birth to a child in a hospital in Bathinda on March 17 with the help of IVF technology. After the birth of the child, father Balkaur Singh said that he will name his son Shubhdeep. This was Moosewala's real name. This child was born through IVF technology. Regarding which the Center had issued a notice to the Punjab Government.
Center issued notice to Punjab government
After this, the Central Government issued a notice to the Punjab Government in this matter. In which it is said that according to Indian law, women should be between 21 to 50 years of age and men should be between 21 to 55 years of age to have a child.
Sidhu Moosewala's mother Charan Kaur is about 58 years old and father Balkaur is 60 years old. Because according to Indian law, women can give birth to a child only till the age of 50 years and men till the age of 55 years with the help of IVF technique. A notice was issued by the Center on violation of this law.
