Punjab government has presented its second year budget. Finance Minister Harpal Cheem has presented the budget of Punjab worth Rs 2 lakh 4 thousand 918 crore in the Assembly. For the first time, Punjab's budget has crossed Rs 2 lakh crore. He said that Punjab has seen an increase of 12 percent in taxes. Whereas farmers will continue to get free electricity.
