There will be a meeting between the Punjab government and the DC office employees in Chandigarh at 12:30. In this meeting, the DC office employees will put forward their demands before the government. The DC office employees union says that if our demands are not met, then this time a big action will be taken.
A 3-day strike was announced
Let us tell you that the employees of the DC office had decided to go on a 3-day strike over their demands. The employees were going to go on strike from 15 to 17 January. Due to which many administrative works including common people would have been affected. But before the strike of the employees, the government invited them for a meeting.
Big action will be taken if the demands are not met in the meeting
State President of DC Office Union Tejinder Singh Nangal said that if the government does not fulfill the demands to be fulfilled immediately during this meeting and the remaining demands which require approval of the Finance Department, Personnel Department or Cabinet are not considered in time, then the union will hold a state level meeting and announce further action.
