Kala Kachha gang has once again become active in Punjab. In Phagwara, this gang committed the crime in a warehouse. According to the information received, about 6 Kala Kachha gang members entered the warehouse of Chopra Agency near Basra Palace located on the main Banga Road of Phagwara. At around 3 o'clock in the night, they ran away fearlessly with the two wheeler parked inside the warehouse.
According to the information, the gang fled with two vehicles, an Activa and a Royal Enfield. However, the third motorcycle did not start. Due to which they left him there and ran away. The owner of Chopra Agency has registered the incident in the city police station. At present the police is searching for the accused.

According to reports, sightings of members of this gang first surfaced in August 1993. After this, rumours of his existence spread like "wildfire" in Punjab.
This gang was accused of kidnapping, robbery and rape. Many stories were told about the black-clad people but it was never known who they were, who was the leader of this gang or which state they came from. Many times such cases have come to light when local robbers tried to commit crimes in the name of the black-clad gang.
