Aam Aadmi Party MP from Jalandhar Sushil Kumar Rinku, MLA Sheetal Angural have joined BJP. Both of them joined the party in Delhi today at 4 pm. Sunil Jakhar was also present on this occasion. Before the Lok Sabha elections, there is a big stir in the politics of Punjab.
This news is coming at a time when on one hand party convenor and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is arrested and on the other hand there are reports of separation of Aam Aadmi Party leaders. Both the leaders have reached Delhi and can join BJP at BJP office at 4 pm.
On this occasion, Punjab State President Sunil Jakhar was also present and he talked about the excise policy of Delhi. Kejriwal knows from where the money is withdrawn. All that money of Kejriwal has come here. The real face of Kejriwal will be revealed to everyone.
Sunil Jakhar said that Bhagwant Mann celebrated when Kejriwal was arrested. Bhagwant Mann is not as happy about his son's arrival as he is about Kejriwal's arrest.
Rinku said- the government did not lay hands on me
Sushil Kumar Rinku said that the only purpose of joining Bharatiya Janata Party is that only BJP can do the development that is happening. He said that the Punjab government did not lay hands on me. Narendra Modi's working style impressed me a lot. I have taken this decision for the development and progress of Jalandhar.
He said, I worked with AAP for two years while living in Jalandhar. Efforts were made to resolve every issue. But the AAP government did not allow me to do so.He said that I met the Aviation Minister to get Adampur Airport started and got Adampur Airport inaugurated. Stoppage of Vande Bharat train to Jalandhar was taken from Railway Minister Ashwini Kumar Vaishnav. While there he talked about the development works of Jalandhar. He said that I have no greed for power.
Kamboj said- getting 20-25 crores
Meanwhile, AAP MLA Goldie Kamboj has alleged that BJP is instigating AAP MLAs to leave the party and join BJP. He said that BJP is trying to break our party by giving substantial amount of crores of rupees (20-25) to our MLAs to join them.
