The death toll in the fire that took place on June 12 in Mangaf, Kuwait has reached 45 and now the bodies of all these people have been brought back to the country by Indian aircraft. The aircraft carrying the dead bodies landed at Kochi airport. Because among the dead, maximum 23 people are from Kerala.

Among those who lost their lives in the accident, 23 people died from Kerala, 7 from Tamil Nadu, 3 each from Andhra Pradesh-UP, 1 each from Bihar, Odisha, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Jharkhand, Haryana, Punjab and West Bengal. One body has still not been identified.
Minister of State for Foreign Affairs had reached Kuwait
After this incident, India's Minister of State for External Affairs Kirti Vardhan Singh had reached Kuwait. He told that the bodies were burnt so badly that they could not even be identified. Many dead bodies were found on the stairs of the building.
Order to arrest the building owner
Kuwait Times reports that Kuwait's Interior Minister Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousef Al-Sabah has ordered police to arrest the owner of the Mangaf building. More than 195 people were living in the building.
