Firecrackers will be burst only for 2 hours on Diwali-Guruparv
According to the orders issued by the DC, on Diwali on October 31, firecrackers can be burst only from 8 to 10 pm. Similarly, on the day of Guruparv on November 15, firecrackers will be allowed to burn only from 4 to 5 am and from 9 to 10 pm. Selling or storing firecrackers without license will be completely illegal.
