Government is not giving MSP but guarantee of purchase - Dallewal
Meanwhile, farmer leader Jagjit Singh Dallewal said that the proposal made by the Union Ministers in exchange for the legal guarantee of MSP is far away from the parameters of agreeing to our demands. In fact, the ministers have not given guarantee of MSP to farmer organizations but of purchase contract. That is, under the agreement, procurement of crops is being ensured for five years through the nodal agencies of the government. There is no plan on what the government's next step will be after five years.
