After the budget, now the gas cylinder has become expensive. Oil marketing companies have increased the price of a 19 kg commercial gas cylinder by Rs 8.50. The increased rates will be effective from today. The biggest impact will be on hotels, street food vendors.

In Delhi, the price has now increased by Rs 6.50 to ₹ 1652.50. Earlier it was available for ₹1646. In Kolkata, it is available at ₹1764.50, up by 8.50 rupees, from ₹1756 earlier. In Mumbai, the cylinder has increased by 7 rupees from 1598 rupees to 1605 rupees
No change in prices of domestic gas cylinders
There has been no change in domestic gas cylinder prices. It is available at ₹803 in Delhi, ₹829 in Kolkata, ₹802.50 in Mumbai and ₹818.50 in Chennai. Its price in Delhi remains at Rs 803 for general customers while its price is Rs 603 for those availing of Ujjwala Yojana.
