The Canadian court has granted bail to terrorist Arsh Dalla. It is being told that the court has granted bail to Arsh Dalla on a personal bond of 30 thousand dollars. Now the next hearing of this case will be on 24 February next year. Arsh Dalla was arrested by the Canadian police in the shootout case in Milton city.

Actually, a shootout took place in Milton city of Canada on 28 October. After which on 29 October, the local police there issued a statement saying that they have arrested 2 people. But the identity of the accused was not disclosed then.
Arsh Dalla was injured in the shootout
Arsh Dalla was shot on the arm in the shootout in Holton on 28 October. Arsh was with Gurjant in his car. During this time, a car stopped near their car and bullets were fired from another car. After which the said car was somehow driven away from there.
Arsh Dalla had fired bullets in the shootout
Investigation has revealed that two bullets were fired by Arsh Dalla. The cartridges of which have been recovered by the police. After investigation, the police recovered some illegal weapons from Arsh's house. After which the police took Arsh and Gurjant into custody.
Police had taken them on 3-day remand
Police had taken both the accused on 3-day remand. During this, the Canadian police conducted a search operation at Arsh Dalla's hideouts and recovered many weapons including a rifle from him. Arsh Dalla did not have a license for any of these weapons.
Weapons recovered by the police
A handgun has been recovered from Arsh's house, which also has a magazine. It was kept in a bag. A rifle, a shot gun, two high capacity magazines have also been recovered.
India has declared Arsh Dalla a terrorist
In 2022, gangster and Khalistan Tiger Force (KTF) operative Arshdeep Singh Gill alias Arshdeep Dalla was declared a terrorist by the Union Home Ministry. Arsh, who has gone to Canada from Moga in Punjab, is accused of murder, extortion and heinous crimes in the country and abroad, as well as being involved in terrorist activities.
