Let us tell you that voting went on from 8 am to 4 pm yesterday. After which the counting of votes took place in the evening. There are a total of 13937 panchayats in the state, in which 1.33 crore voters exercised their franchise. Elections are being held not with EVM machines but with ballot papers and were fought without any party symbol.
