6 security personnel likely to be injured
After the attack, six security personnel were reported injured in the encounter that started between police and terrorists in Chhatrakala, Doda. According to Union Minister Jitendra Singh, terrorists opened fire on a house in Saida Sukhal village located in Hiranagar sector of Kathua, which is close to the International Border (IB).
