Ludhiana Petroleum Dealers Association has taken a big decision to keep petrol pumps closed. The association has announced to go on weekly holiday every Sunday. During the meeting held by the dealer association, it was also considered to go on strike for sure. Dealer Association President Ashok Sachdeva and President Ranjit Singh Gandhi said against the Modi government of the Center that the government is not increasing the margin money received by the petroleum dealers on the sale of petrol and diesel.
Prices have increased 2 times in 8 years
He said that the prices of petrol and diesel have increased almost 2 times in 8 years due to which the cost of petroleum businesses has doubled and the expenses have also increased many times.
There is no hearing
Ashok said that many times big announcements like going on strike and holding a meeting with the central government were made regarding this matter. But there was no hearing. But now it is definitely announced to go on strike.
