Due to which there will be dense fog in the morning at various places in Himachal Pradesh from 28 to 29 November, Punjab, Chandigarh and Haryana from 28 November to 1 December. Meanwhile, rain is also expected in many districts.
Western disturbance became active
Visibility in Punjab may go below 50 meters. In the last 24 hours, the temperature has dropped by 1 degree in Punjab and 1.5 degrees in Chandigarh. Western disturbance has become active on the Pakistan-Iran border, after which a warning of rain and snowfall has been issued in the hilly areas from November 30. After which there will be a further drop of 1 to 2 degrees in the plains.
Alert issued for these districts
According to the Meteorological Center, a yellow alert for dense fog has been issued in Gurdaspur, Amritsar, Hoshiarpur, Nawanshahr, Kapurthala, Jalandhar, Moga, Bathinda, Ludhiana, Barnala, Mansa, Sangrur, Malerkotla and Patiala.
