The roof of a house collapsed due to early morning rain in Srimuktsar Sahib. In which 6 members of the family including 2 women have been injured. The injured have been admitted to the hospital, where they are undergoing treatment.
The roof collapsed at 6 am
It is being told that the roof of Mukhtiar Singh's house in Sunder Nagar Basti suddenly collapsed at 6 o'clock in the morning. The family members were sleeping in the house when the roof collapsed.There was a noise due to the collapse of the roof. After which people gathered and admitted the family members to the hospital.
The daughters came to take medicine for their father
Family members said that Mukhtyar Singh's married daughter Gurpreet Kaur (27) and Harpreet Kaur (29) came with their children Lovepreet Singh, Armaan, Shivjot, Amandeep on Thursday evening to give medicine to their parents.
On Friday morning, he had to go to Faridkot to get medicine for his parents. The roof of the room where the two daughters were sleeping with their children suddenly fell down this morning. Due to which all were seriously injured. He has been admitted to the Civil Hospital.
It had rained heavily the previous day
It should be noted that there was heavy rain in Srimuktsar Sahib on Thursday evening. The family members said that some time ago, Mukhtiar Singh had bought the furniture on installments. Which is completely damaged due to roof collapse.
