He told that these elections will be held on party symbols.
He has told the Local Bodies Department that they are ready to conduct the elections by the end of December. He said that these elections will be held in urban areas. At the same time, elections will be held according to the old ward demarcation. Because the Supreme Court has given orders in this regard. The government is preparing to conduct this election process before the Fatehgarh Sahib Shaheedi Jod Mela to be held in December.
After the order of the Supreme Court, the government started preparing for the elections. Along with this, development works of corporations and city councils are being done. To woo the people of urban areas, the Aam Aadmi Party has changed its state head. Now Hindu face and cabinet minister Aman Arora has been made the head.
