The third batch of Indians living illegally in America landed at Amritsar airport on 16 February at 10 pm. 112 people have reached here by boarding the US Air Force’s C-17A Globemaster aircraft. These include 44 people from Haryana and 33 from Punjab. On Saturday night also, an American aircraft landed at Amritsar airport with a second batch of 116 Indians.
104 Indians returned on 5 February
It is worth noting that on 5 February, an American military aircraft carrying 104 illegal Indian immigrants landed at Amritsar airport. Of these, 33 each were from Haryana and Gujarat, while 30 were from Punjab. According to sources, the third batch will arrive today (16 February) at 10 pm. It will have 157 NRIs.
1700 illegal NRIs detained in America
