Saint Premanand Ji Maharaj’s health has deteriorated once again in Vrindavan. Due to his ill health, he had to stop his nightly padyatra (foot march). During this time, the devotees standing for darshan were also asked to leave by the temple officials. Hundreds of devotees could not even have darshan of him. On Thursday-Friday night, devotees reached in large numbers to have darshan of him but they were disappointed. When they were told that Maharaj’s health is bad and he will not be able to go on the yatra, the devotees started crying and praying for his recovery.

Premanand Maharaj did not leave the residence

Let us tell you that Saint Premanand Maharaj leaves his residence at Shri Krishna Sharanam on Chhatikara Marg every night at 2 o’clock and goes on a padyatra to Shri Hit Keli Kunj Ashram located at Barahghat, Parikrama Marg. During this time, a large number of devotees come to have darshan of him. On Thursday-Friday night, a large number of devotees reached for his darshan, but as soon as they came to know that Maharaj ji’s health has deteriorated and he will not go on the yatra, many devotees started crying bitterly. Due to ill health, Premanand Maharaj did not even leave his residence. Devotees also prayed to Radharani for Maharaj ji’s speedy recovery. Let us tell you that before this, on February 7, Premanand Maharaj’s health had also deteriorated. Both his kidneys are bad and he also undergoes dialysis.

Birthday was celebrated a few days ago

Saint Premanand Maharaj ji celebrated his birthday with great pomp on March 30. There was a crowd of 2 lakh devotees during his padayatra. Everyone wanted to see Premanand Maharaj ji and wish him a happy birthday. Devotees had decorated the entire route with flowers and rangoli. Devotees also did kirtan of Radha’s name at many places.
