It has been decided that the new Chief Minister of Delhi will take oath in the afternoon. Rekha Gupta, MLA from Shalimar Bagh, will be the new Chief Minister of Delhi. Gupta is the second woman Chief Minister from BJP, a member of both the parties. Rekha Gupta has been elected MLA for the first time. Before this, she has also been a councilor three times.

Let us tell you that BJP has returned to the capital after 27 years. Along with this, Pravesh Sharma has been made the Deputy Chief Minister. On February 20, she will take oath at Ramlila Maidan in Delhi.

Rekha Gupta is a resident of Jind, Haryana

Rekha Gupta was born in 1974 in Nandgarh village located in Jind district of Haryana. Her father was an officer in the State Bank of India. In the year 1976, Rekha’s father Jai Bhagwan got a job in Delhi, so her entire family shifted to Delhi. Rekha Gupta has studied from schooling to graduation in Delhi. In the year 1998, she got married to Manish Gupta, who does business of spare parts.
